*காற்றாலைப் பண்ணைகளை எதிர்க்கும் முட்டாள்களை விரட்டியடிக்கவும்*

மனிதம் வளர்ச்சியால் முன்னேறுகிறது.

அறிவியலும் தொழில்நுட்பமும் வளர்ச்சியை ஊக்குவிப்பன. 

திட்டமிடல் மற்றும் நிதி மேலாண்மையால் தொழில்நுட்ப உள்ளீடுகளைப் பயன்படுத்துவது ஒரு துணிச்சலான படியாகும்.

மாற்று ஆற்றல் ஆதாரங்களே மனித நாகரிக வளர்ச்சி முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு உயிர்நாடிகள்.

கடந்த பத்தாண்டுகளில் காற்றை மாற்று ஆற்றல் ஆக்குவதில் இலங்கை விரைந்து வளர்ந்தது.

வளர்ச்சியைத் தடுப்பதே வரலாறாகக் கொண்ட முட்டாள்களின் குழு, அடிமை மனப்பாங்குடன் மன்னாரில் முன்னேற்றத்தைத் தடுக்கிறது.

மண்ணின் மைந்தர்களான நாங்கள்,

இந்த மண்ணில் பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக வாழ்ந்து வந்ததன் மூலம் வளர்ச்சியையும் உயர்ச்சியையும் போற்றிய நாங்கள்,

இயற்கையுடன் தீவிரமாக தொடர்புகொள்வதன் மூலம் நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ள இயற்கைக் காரணிகளின் அடிப்படையில் நமது சொந்த கலாச்சார, மொழியியல், மத மரபுகளை படிப்படியாக வளர்த்துக் கொண்டுள்ளோம்,

நமது வரலாற்று வாழ்விடத்தின் இந்த இடத்தில் இயற்கை நமக்கு வழங்கிய வேர்கள் மற்றும் நிழலில் சமரசம் செய்யாமல் உள்வரும் கருத்துக்கள் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் சேவைகளை முறையாக உள்வாங்கிக் கொண்டு, நமது திறன்களைக் கூர்மைப்படுத்தி வருகிறோம்,

நமக்குச் சொந்தமான இந்த நிலத்தின் முன்னேற்றத்தையும் வளர்ச்சியையும் தடுக்கும் காலனித்துவ நலன்களால் இயக்கப்படும் நெறிமுறையற்ற முட்டாள்தனமான அந்நிய உள்ளீடுகளை ஏற்க மறுக்கிறோம்.

இயற்கையின் ஐந்து கூறுகளான பூமி, நீர், நெருப்பு, காற்று மற்றும் வானத்திலிருந்து ஆற்றலைப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம். ஆற்றல் மூலத்தை வழங்கியதற்காக இயற்கையை நாங்கள் கொண்டாடுகிறோம், நன்றி கூறுகிறோம்.

நாங்கள் தைப் பொங்கல் கொண்டாடுகிறோம். இது நம் அனைவருக்கும் உணவளிக்கும் முதன்மை உற்பத்திக்கான அடிப்படையான பச்சையம் மற்றும் சூரியனின் ஆற்றலுக்கு நன்றி தெரிவிக்கும் ஒரு தமிழ்ச் சைவ விழா. 

பாரம்பரியமாக நாம் இயற்கையின் ஆற்றல் மூலங்களுக்கு நன்றி கூறுகிறோம்.

பாலைவனப் பகுதிகளிலன் தேவையிலிருந்து பிறந்த இறக்குமதி செய்யப்பட்ட தத்துவங்கள், நம்முடையதைப் போன்ற மானாவாரி பசுமையான நிலத்திற்கு ஏற்றவை அல்ல. ஆபிரகாமிய கருத்தியல்வாதிகள் பாலைவனத்தை மையமாகக் கொண்டவர்கள். அவர்கள் தங்கள் மரபுகளையும் மதிப்புகளையும் நம் மீது திணிக்க முடியாது. காற்றாலை உட்பட இயற்கையின் ஆற்றல் மூலத்திற்காக நாம் கொண்டாடுகிறோம், நன்றி கூறுகிறோம்.

மண்ணின் மைந்தர்களான நாம், இந்த மண்ணின் இயற்கைச் சூழலை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு பாரம்பரியத்தையும் கலாச்சாரத்தையும் வளர்த்து, மன்னாரில் மாற்று ஆற்றல் காற்றாலைப் பண்ணைகளைத் தடுப்பதில் முட்டாள்தனமான உள்ளீடுகளை பொறுத்துக்கொள்ள மாட்டோம்.

சைவ இந்துக்களாகிய நாம், காற்றாலைப் பண்ணைகளை மேலும் நிறுவுவதற்குத் தொடர்ந்து போராடுவோம். நமது உயிர்வாழ்வு முன்னேற்றம் மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டிற்காக காற்றாலை ஆற்றலைப் பயன்படுத்துவோம்.

 *Flush out the idiots opposing wind farms* 

Humanity progresses through development. 

Science and technology play and important role in infusing development. 

Harnessing technology inputs through planning and financing is a bold step.

Alternate energy sources are going to be lifelines for human civilizational development progress.

Sri Lanka has seen rapid growth in harnessing wind during the past decade. 

A group of idiots who block development historically, whose minds are slavisley blocked, are preventing progress a at Mannar. 

We the sons of the soil, 

We who cherished growth and development through many centuries of habitation in this soil, 

We having progressively developed our own cultural linguistic religious traditions based on the natural factors surrounding us by actively interacting with nature,

We having progressed systematically absorbing incoming ideas goods and services, and sharpening our abilities without compromising on the roots and the shade that nature provided us in this niche of our historical habitation,

We refuse to accept unethical idiotic alien inputs orchestrated by colonial interests that prevents progress and development of this land that is ours.

We harness energy from the five elements of nature, earth, water, fire, wind and space. We celebrate and thank nature for providing the energy source. 

We celebrate Thai pongal. It is a Tamil Saivaite ceremony to thank chlorophyll and the energy from the sun, the base for primary production feeding all of us. Traditionally we are grateful to nature for its energy sources.

Imported philosophis born out of necessity in desert areas are not suitable for a rainfed greenery land like that of ours. Abrahimic conceptualists are desert oriented. They cannot impose their traditions and values on us. We celebrate and thank nature for its energy source, including the wind energy. 

We Saivites, the sons of the soil, having evolved tradition and culture based on the natural surroundings of this soil, will not tolerate idiotical inputs in preventing alternate energy wind farms in Mannar.

We Saivaite Hindus will continue to fight towards establishing more wind farms. We Saivaite Hindus are for tapping wind energy for our survival progress and development.

සංවර්ධනය සඳහා විද්‍යාව හා තාක්ෂණය වැදගත් කාර්යභාරයක් ඉටු කරයි.

සැලසුම් කිරීම සහ මූල්‍යකරණය හරහා තාක්‍ෂණික යෙදවුම් උපයෝගී කර ගැනීම නිර්භීත පියවරකි.

මානව ශිෂ්ටාචාර සංවර්ධන ප්‍රගතිය සඳහා විකල්ප බලශක්ති ප්‍රභවයන් ජීවනාලි වනු ඇත.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පසුගිය දශකය තුළ සුළං උපයෝගී කර ගැනීමේ වේගවත් වර්ධනයක් දැක තිබේ.

ස්ලාවිස්ලි විසින් අවහිර කරන ලද මනසක් ඇති ඓතිහාසිකව සංවර්ධනය අවහිර කරන මෝඩයන් පිරිසක් මන්නාරමේදී ප්‍රගතිය වළක්වමින් සිටිති.

අපි පසේ පුත්‍රයෝ වෙමු,

මෙම පසෙහි සියවස් ගණනාවක් පුරා වාසය කරමින් වර්ධනය හා සංවර්ධනය අගය කළ අපි,

සොබාදහම සමඟ ක්‍රියාශීලීව අන්තර් ක්‍රියා කිරීමෙන් අප වටා ඇති ස්වාභාවික සාධක මත පදනම්ව අපගේම සංස්කෘතික භාෂාමය ආගමික සම්ප්‍රදායන් ක්‍රමානුකූලව වර්ධනය කර ගෙන ඇති අතර,

අපගේ ඓතිහාසික වාසස්ථානයේ මෙම නිකේතනයේ සොබාදහම අපට ලබා දුන් මුල් සහ සෙවනැල්ලට හානියක් නොකර, පැමිණෙන අදහස් භාණ්ඩ හා සේවා ක්‍රමානුකූලව අවශෝෂණය කර ගනිමින් සහ අපගේ හැකියාවන් මුවහත් කර ගනිමින්,

අපගේ මෙම භූමියේ ප්‍රගතිය සහ සංවර්ධනය වළක්වන යටත් විජිත අවශ්‍යතා විසින් මෙහෙයවන ලද සදාචාර විරෝධී මෝඩ පිටසක්වල යෙදවුම් පිළිගැනීම අපි ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරමු.

අපි සොබාදහමේ පංච මූලද්‍රව්‍ය වන පෘථිවිය, ජලය, ගින්න, සුළඟ සහ අවකාශයෙන් ශක්තිය උපයෝගී කර ගනිමු. බලශක්ති ප්‍රභවය සැපයීම සඳහා අපි සොබාදහම සමරන අතර ස්තූති කරමු.

අපි තායි පොංගල් සමරමු. එය අප සැමට පෝෂණය වන ප්‍රාථමික නිෂ්පාදනයේ පදනම වන හරිතප්‍රදයට සහ සූර්යයාගේ ශක්තියට ස්තූති කිරීම සඳහා දෙමළ ශෛවවාදී උත්සවයකි. සාම්ප්‍රදායිකව අපි ස්වභාවධර්මයට එහි බලශක්ති ප්‍රභවයන් සඳහා කෘතඥ වෙමු.

කාන්තාර ප්‍රදේශවල අවශ්‍යතාවයෙන් උපත ලැබූ ආනයනික දර්ශන අපගේ මෙන් වැසි සහිත හරිත භූමියකට සුදුසු නොවේ. ආබ්‍රාහිම් සංකල්පවාදීන් කාන්තාරයට නැඹුරු වෙති. ඔවුන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ සම්ප්‍රදායන් සහ වටිනාකම් අප මත පැටවිය නොහැක. සුළං ශක්තිය ඇතුළු ස්වභාවධර්මයේ බලශක්ති ප්‍රභවය සඳහා අපි සමරන අතර ස්තූතිවන්ත වෙමු.

මෙම පසෙහි ස්වාභාවික වටපිටාව මත පදනම්ව සම්ප්‍රදාය සහ සංස්කෘතිය පරිණාමය කර ඇති, පසේ පුත්‍රයන් වන අපි, මන්නාරමේ විකල්ප බලශක්ති සුළං බලාගාර වැළැක්වීම සඳහා මෝඩ යෙදවුම් ඉවසන්නේ නැත.

අපි සයිවයිට් හින්දු භක්තිකයන් වන අතර, අපි තවත් සුළං බලාගාර පිහිටුවීම සඳහා සටන් කරන්නෙමු. අපගේ පැවැත්මේ ප්‍රගතිය සහ සංවර්ධනය සඳහා සුළං ශක්තිය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා අපි සයිවයිට් හින්දු භක්තිකයන් වෙමු.
