நல்லாட்சிக்கு இலக்கணம், நாளை நமதே.

சிவ சேனை 

இந்த மண் என் மண். வேறு எந்த மண்ணும் மண்நான் பிறந்த மண் அன்று. நான் இறக்கும் மண்ணும் அன்று.

இப்பொழுதைக்கு நான் இந்த நாட்டின் குடிமகன். என் உணர்வுகளின் சங்கமமான இந்த மண்ணோடும் குடிமகனாக இந்த நாட்டோடும் இருக்க உந்துவதே உதவுவதே ஆதரிப்பதே ஆட்சி.

எனக்கு மக்கள் இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் வளர்ந்ததும் தமக்கெனக் கொள்கை கொண்டனர். முரண்பட்டோரொடு போராடினர். தம் கொள்கைகளுக்காக உயிர் நீத்தனர்.

அவர்கள் உடலை எரித்தோம். கொள்கை வீரர், மாவீரர் என வாழ்ந்தோரை எரித்த நாள் சிவனோடு அவர்கள் சேர்ந்த நாள்.

எனக்கு எந்த நாளும் அவர்கள் நினைவே. ஆனாலும் அந்தத் திதி, முக்தி அடைந்த நாள், எனக்குச் சிறப்பு நாள். 

நீராட்டுவேன். மலரிடுவேன். தூபம் காட்டுவேன். துதிப்பேன் பொங்குவேன், படைப்பேன். என் உணர்வுகளின் பீறலோ மீறலோ யாருக்கும் துன்பம் தருவன அல்ல.

அந்த உணர்வுகளுக்கு இடம் தர மாட்டேன் எனத் தடுத்த ஆட்சி மறைந்தது. வெற்றிக் களிப்பில் மிதந்து, தோல்வியைத் தழுவியோரைத் தொடர்ந்து துன்புறுத்திய வெற்றிப் படையின் எக்காள ஓர்மம் மறைந்தது.

மண்ணின் மகன் நீ. நாட்டின் குடிமகன் நீ. உணர்வுகளின் சங்கமும் நீ. உன் உணர்வுகளுக்கு இடம் தருவேன் நினைவுகளைப் போற்ற உதவுவேன். தடுக்க மாட்டேன் என எந்த ஆட்சி கூறுகின்றதோ அந்த ஆட்சியே நல்லாட்சி.

மாவீரர் நினைவுகளைப் போற்றுங்கள். துயிலும் இல்லங்கள் மாவீரர்களுக்கு உரியன. வீரத்தின் விளை நிலமாய்ச் சிவனுடன் இரண்டறக் கலந்த செம்மை வீரர்களைப் போற்றும் நிகழ்வை, நீராட்டி மலர் தூவி விளக்கேற்றிப் படைத்து உரிய திதியில் அஞ்சலி செலுத்துவதை ஊக்குவிப்பதே உற்சாகிப்பதே இந்த அரசின் கொள்கை.

மேதகு குடியரசுத் தலைவர் ஆணையிட்டார். மாண்புமிகு அமைச்சர் நேற்று அறிவித்தார். 

இந்த மண்ணை விட்டு வேறெங்கும் போக முடியாத, இந்த நினைவுகளை விட்டு வேறெதையும் கொள்ள முடியாத மாவீரர்களின் பெற்றோர்களுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியான செய்தி அன்றோ. 

விடுதலையின் விதைகளை, வீர விளை நிலங்களில் போற்றுவோம்.

මේ පස මගේ පසයි. මේ ලෝකයේ වෙනත් කිසිම පසක් මා ඉපදුණු පස නොවේ. එය මා මිය යන පස ද වේ.

දැනට, මම මේ රටේ පුරවැසියෙක්. මේ පස සමඟ සිටීමට මා පොළඹවන එකම දෙය මගේ හැඟීම් සහ හැඟීම්වල එකතුවයි. එහි පුරවැසියෙකු ලෙස, මගේ යහපැවැත්ම කෙරෙහි මගේ අහිංසක හැඟීම් සහ හැඟීම්වලට සහාය වීමට රජය බැඳී සිටී.

මට දරුවන් සිටියා. ඔවුන් හැදී වැඩුණු විට, ඔවුන් තමන්ගේම දෘෂ්ටිවාදයක් අනුගමනය කළහ. ඔවුන් එම දෘෂ්ටිවාදයට විරුද්ධ වූ අය සමඟ සටන් කළහ. ඔවුන් ඔවුන්ගේ දෘෂ්ටිවාදය වෙනුවෙන් මිය ගියහ.

අපි ඔවුන්ගේ සිරුරු පුළුස්සා දැමුවෙමු. වීරයෙකු ලෙස ජීවත් වූ තැනැත්තා වීරයෙකු ලෙස මිය ගියේය. ප්‍රාණ පරිත්‍යාගශීලීත්වය ශිවගේ පාමුල පවතී.

මම සෑම දිනකම දිවි පිදූවන් සිහිපත් කරමි. කෙසේ වෙතත්, ඔවුන් ශිවගේ නෙළුම් පාමුල සිටීමට සමත් වූ එම දිනය මට විශේෂ දිනයක්.

මම ඒවාට වතුර දමමි. මම මල් පූජා කරමි. මම සුවඳ දුම් පෙන්වන්නෙමි. මම පොංගල් උයන්නෙමි, පූජා කරන්නෙමි.. එවැනි හැඟීම් සහ හැඟීම් ප්‍රකාශ කිරීම කිසිවෙකුට රිදවන්නේ හෝ රිදවන්නේ නැත.

එම හැඟීම් වලට ඉඩක් නොදෙන බව පැවසූ පාලන තන්ත්‍රය දැන් නැති වී ගොස් ඇත. ජයග්‍රහණයේ ප්‍රීතියෙන් ගිලී සිටි ජයග්‍රාහී හමුදාවේ හොරණෑව, පරාජයේදී දිවි පිදූවන්ට දිගටම වධ හිංසා කරමින්, දැන් පරාජිතයින්ට ඔවුන්ගේ වැරදි අවබෝධ කරගෙන ඇත.

ඔබ පසේ පුත්‍රයෙකි. ඔබ රටේ පුරවැසියෙකි. ඔබ හැඟීම් සහ හැඟීම් මිටියක් ද වේ.

මම ඔබේ හැඟීම් වලට ඉඩක් ලබා දෙන අතර ඔබේ මතකයන් අගය කිරීමට ඔබට උදව් කරමි. එවැනි ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට පවසන පාලන තන්ත්‍රය යහපාලනය නියෝජනය කරයි.

වීරයන්ගේ මතකයන් අගය කරන්න. වීරයන්ගේ නිවාස වීරයන්ට අයත් වේ. මෙම රජයේ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය වන්නේ ධෛර්යයේ ඵලයක් ලෙස ශිවගේ පාමුල සිටින ගෞරවනීය වීරයන්ගේ අනුස්මරණ සැමරීම දිරිමත් කිරීමයි. වතුර වත් කිරීමෙන්, මල් ඉසීමෙන් සහ පහන් දල්වා ඔවුන්ට ගෞරව කරන්න. සුදුසු හින්දු සැමරුම් දිනයේදී ඔවුන්ට උපහාර දක්වන්න.

ගරු ජනාධිපතිතුමා එය නියෝග කළේය. ගරු අමාත්‍යතුමා ඊයේ එය නිවේදනය කළේය.

මෙම භූමියට හිමිකම් කියන සහ මෙම මතකයන් හැර වෙනත් කිසිවක් රැගෙන යා නොහැකි වීරයන්ගේ දෙමාපියන්ට මෙය ශුභ ආරංචියකි.

වීරත්වයේ මෙම සාරවත් දේශයේ නිදහසේ බීජ අපි අගය කරමු.

Exemplary Good Governance

This soil is my soil. No other soil in this globe is the soil where I was born. It is also the soil where I will die.

For now, I am a citizen of this country. The only thing that motivates me to be with this soil is the confluence of my emotions and feelings. As it's citizen, the government is duty bound to support my innocent emotions and feelings towards my well being.

I had çhildren. When they grew up, they adopted their own ideology. They fought with those who opposed those ideology. They died for their ideology.

We burned their bodies. The one who lived as a hero died as hero. Martydom is being at the feet of Siva.

I remember the martyrs every day. However, that day, the day they attained to be at the lotus feet of Siva is a special day for me.

I water them. I offer flowers. I will show incense. I will cook pongal, I will make offerings.. Expression of such emotion and feelings does not hurt or injure or harm anyone.

The regime that said it would not give space to those feelings has now gone. The trumpet of the victorious army immersed in the joy of victory, continued to torment those who were martyrs in defeat, has now realised their wrongs to the losers.

You are a son of the soil. You are a citizen of the country. You are also the bundle of emotions and feelings. 

I will give space to your feelings and help you cherish your memories. The regime that says to implement such policy represent good governance.

Cherish the memories of heroes. The homes of heroes belong to heroes. The policy of this government is to encourage the memorial observance of the honorable heroes who are at the feet of Siva, as the fruit of valor. Honour them by pouring water, sprinkling flowers and lighting lamps. Pay them homage on the appropriate Hindu date of observance.

The Honorable President ordered it. The Honorable Minister announced it yesterday.

This is good news for the parents of heroes who claim this land and who cannot take anything else with them except these memories.

Let us cherish these seeds of freedom in this fertile land of heroism.
