மேதகு குடியரசுத் தலைவர் அவர்களே, 

வத்திக்கானின் கைப் பொம்மையாகாதீர். இலங்கையின் வளமான எதிர்காலத்தை ஈடு வைக்காதீர்.

மன்னாரின் காற்றாலை வளர்ச்சிக்கான திட்டம். 

மண்ணின் மைந்தரின் எதிர்காலத்தை மேம்படுத்தும் திட்டம். 

தன்னிறைவை நோக்கிய திட்டம். 

பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சியை நோக்கிய திட்டம்.

மாற்று வழி ஆற்றல் காற்றாலை மன்னார் சிவ பூமியின் மகத்தான வளர்ச்சித் திட்டம். 

வத்திக்கான் தனி நாடு. 

இலங்கையில் இறைமையையும் தன்னாதிக்கத்தையும் ஆட்சியுரிமையையும் வத்திக்கானிடம் விட்டுக் கொடுக்க முடியாது.

500 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு தொடங்கி, வாள் முனையில் துப்பாக்கி முனையில் மண்ணின் மைந்தர்களைப் போர்த்துக்கேய மண்ணின் கலாச்சார மந்தைகளாக மாற்றிய மேலாதிக்க வெறிக் கூட்டம், அதே மேலாதிக்க வெறியுடன் வத்திக்கான் வெளியுறவு அமைச்சரை உங்களிடம் அனுப்பி உள்ளது.

இலங்கையின் இறைமையைக் கையகப்படுத்த வந்திருக்கிறார். இலங்கையின் ஆட்சியுரிமையைத் தனதாக்க வந்திருக்கிறார். மன்னார் சிவ பூமியை கத்தோலிக்க பூமியாக்க வந்திருக்கிறார். 

மன்னார் சைவர்கள் ஆகிய நாங்கள் வத்திக்கான ஆதிக்கத்தை ஏற்கமாட்டோம். கத்தோலிக்கர் மன்னாரின் வளர்ச்சியை முடக்குவதை ஏற்க மாட்டோம்.

மன்னாரின் மாற்று ஆற்றல் காற்றாலைகளைத் தொடர்ந்து அமைத்து வர ஆட்சியை முடுக்குக. வத்திக்கானின் சூழ்ச்சியுடன் கூடிய வீழ்ச்சி வலைக்குள் சிக்காதீர்.

මන්නාරම සුළං බලාගාරය සංවර්ධන ව්‍යාපෘතියකි.

මෙම පසෙහි පුත්‍රයන්ගේ දරුවන්ගේ බලගතු ස්වයංපෝෂිත අනාගතයක් සඳහා වූ ව්‍යාපෘතියකි.

තිරසාර බලශක්ති උත්පාදනය සඳහා වූ ව්‍යාපෘතියකි.

ආර්ථික සංවර්ධනය සඳහා වූ ව්‍යාපෘතියකි.

විකල්ප බලශක්ති සුළං බලාගාරය මන්නාරම ශිව භූමි හි ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨ සංවර්ධන ව්‍යාපෘතියකි.

වතිකානුව පිටසක්වල රටකි.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ස්වෛරීභාවය, ස්වාධීනත්වය සහ පාලනය වතිකානුවට උකස් කළ නොහැක.

වතිකානු විදේශ අමාත්‍යවරයාගේ වචනවලට සවන් දෙමින්,

අපි සයිව හින්දු භක්තිකයන් බිය වෙමු ඔබ මන්නාරම සුළං බලාගාර ව්‍යාපෘතිය අතහැර දමනු ඇතැයි අපි බිය වෙමු. මන්නාරම සයිව හින්දු භක්තිකයන්ගේ මනස දැන් සැකයෙන් සිටී.

වසර 500 කට පෙර ආරම්භ වූ ආධිපත්‍යවාදී උමතු කතෝලික ව්‍යාපාරය, පසෙහි දරුවන් කඩුව සහ තුවක්කුව මුවහත් කර, එම ආධිපත්‍යවාදී සමූහය විසින්ම මුවහත් කරන ලද එම උමතු ආකල්පයෙන් වතිකානු විදේශ අමාත්‍යවරයා ඔබ වෙත එවා ඇත.

ඔබ කතෝලිකයන්ගේ විරෝධතා ව්‍යාපාරය මර්දනය කළා. ඔබ පූජකවරුන් විරෝධතා ස්ථානවලින් පලවා හැරියා. ඔබ ඔවුන්ව ඔවුන්ගේ පල්ලියේ ධර්මශාලා වෙත යැව්වා.

කතෝලික විරෝධතා ව්‍යාපාරය, පසුපස කකුල් අතර වලිගය ගුලි කරගත් බල්ලෙකු මෙන්, බියෙන් දිව ගියේය. ඔබේ පරිපාලන හැකියාවන්ට බිය වූ පිරිසක්. ඔබේ සංවර්ධනය පිළිබඳ දැක්ම පරාජය කළ නොහැකි බියගුල්ලන් පිරිසක්.

කතෝලික විරෝධතා ව්‍යාපාරය වතිකානුවට දිව ගියේය.

ෆ්‍රැන්සිස් සේවියර් වසර 450 කට පෙර මේ ආකාරයෙන් හයවන ඇලෙක්සැන්ඩර් පාප් වහන්සේට ආයාචනා කළේය. හයවන ඇලෙක්සැන්ඩර් පෘතුගීසි රජු I වන එමානුවෙල්ට උපදෙස් දුන්නේය. ප්‍රුගීස් වෙළඳ ස්ථානය ජයග්‍රහණ, මිනීමැරුම්, ස්ත්‍රී දූෂණ සහ කොල්ලකෑම්වල ආක්‍රමණශීලී බලකොටුවක් බවට පත්විය.

අද වතිකානු අමාත්‍යවරයා ඔබ වෙත පැමිණ ඇත. ඔහු එකම අරමුණක් ඇතිව පැමිණ ඇත.

ඔහු ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ස්වෛරීභාවයට මැදිහත් වීමට පැමිණ ඇත. ඔහු පැමිණ ඇත්තේ හින්දු මන්නාරම කතෝලික භූ දර්ශනයක් බවට පත් කිරීමටයි.

මන්නාරමේ සයිවාදීන් වන අපි, වතිකානුවේ ආධිපත්‍යය පිළිගන්නේ නැත. මන්නාරමේ සංවර්ධනය අඩාල කරන කතෝලිකයන් අපි පිළිගන්නේ නැත.

අතිගරු ජනාධිපතිතුමනි,

ඔබේ දක්ෂ රජය මන්නාරමේ විකල්ප බලශක්ති සුළං ටර්බයින ගොඩනැගීම දිගටම කරගෙන යා යුතුය. වතිකානුවේ කුමන්ත්‍රණවල උගුලට හසු නොවන්න.

The Vatican cannot stop the prosperous future of Siva Bhoomi Sri Lanka.

Your Excellency the President,

Do not become a puppet of the Vatican. Do not compromise the prosperous future of Sri Lanka.

The Mannar Wind Farm is a development Project.

A project towards empowered self-sufficient future of the children of the sons of this soil.

A project towards sustainable generation of energy. 

A project towards economic development.

The Alternative Energy Wind Farm is a great development project of Mannar Siva Bhoomi.

The Vatican is an alien country.

The sovereignty, autonomy and governence of Sri Lanka cannot be pawned to  Vatican.

Your istening to the words of the Vatican's Foreign Minister, we Saivaites Hindus fear that you will abandon the Mannar Wind Farm project. Minds of the Mannar Saiva Hindus are in doubt now.

The hegemonic fanatical Catholic movement, starting 500 years ago, turned the children of the soil into the cultural herds of the Portuguese, at the point of the sword and the gun, has sent the Vatican Foreign Minister to you with the same fanatical attitude propped by the same hegemonic crowd.

You suppressed the protest movement of the Catholics. You drove the priests from the protest sites. You sent them to their church pulpits.

The Catholic protest movement, like a dog with its tail curled between its hind legs, ran in fear. A crowd that was afraid of your administrative capabilities. A crowd of cowards who could not defeat your vision of development.

The Catholic protest movement ran to the Vatican.

Francis Xavier appealed to Pope Alexander VI in this way 450 years ago. Alexander VI instructed the Portuguese King Emmanuel I. The Portugese trading post became an aggressive fort of conquest, murder, rape and looting.

The Vatican Minister has come to you today. He has come with the same purpose.

He has come to intervene in the sovereignty of Sri Lanka. He has come to make Hindu Mannar a Catholic landscape.

We, the Saivites of Mannar, will not accept the dominance of the Vatican. We will not accept the Catholics stifling the development of Mannar.

Your Excellency the President,

Your able governence should continue to build the alternative energy wind turbines of Mannar. Do not fall into the trap of the Vatican's intrigues.
