புரட்டாதி 11, வியாழக்கிழமை (28 09 2023)

சங்கு சுட்டாலும் வெண்மை தரும். கெட்டாலும் மேன்மக்கள் மேன் மக்களே.

மாவட்ட நீதிபதி சரவணராசா மேல்மகன். பொருளை ஒறுத்தார். பதவியை ஒறுத்தார். வசதிகளை ஒறுத்தார். வாழும் சூழலை ஒறுத்தார். கொள்கை வழி நிற்கிறார்.

தீர்ப்பை மாற்றி எழுதச் சொல்லி யாரைக் கேட்கிறாய்?  

அநீதிக்குத் தலை வணங்குவேன் என நினைத்தாயோ?

அரசியல் அழுத்தங்களுக்காகச் சட்டத்தைப் புரட்டுவேன் என நினைத்தாயோ?

அடிமை வாழ்க்கை என்றாலும் ஆணித்தரமான கொள்கை வாழ்க்கை வாழ்கின்றேனடா.

போ.. போ.. நீயும் நீ தந்த பதவியும் நீ தந்த வாழ்க்கையும்.

உதறித் தள்ளிய ஆண்மகன் நீதிபதி சரவணராசா. மனிதத்தின் மறுபிம்பம் நீதிபதி சரவணராசா.

போர்த்துக்கேய ஆட்சியில் பசுவைக் கொன்று இறைச்சியைத் தரேன், கிறித்தவனாக மதம் மாறேன் என்ற ஆண் மகன் அன்றைய ஞானப்பிரகாசரின் வழிவந்தவர் இன்றைய நீதிபதி சரவணராசா.

அன்று கத்தோலிக்கரிடம் அடிமையாக இருந்தோம் 

இன்று புத்தர்களிடம் அடிமையாக இருக்கிறோம்.

நீறுபூத்த நெருப்பாக, ஊதினால் தீயாகும் தணலாக, விடுதலை வேட்கை உள்ளத்தில் கரந்துறைவதன் அடையாளங்களே அன்றைய ஞானப்பிரகாசரும் இன்றைய சரவணராசரும். 

போரின் வெற்றி வீறாப்பில் ஆயுதக் குவிப்பின் எக்காளத்தில் நீதியை உடைக்கலாம், செங்கோலை வளைக்கலாம் என்போருக்குச் சாட்டையடி கொடுத்திருக்கிறார் நீதிபதி சரவணராசா.

வாழ்க அவர் துணிச்சல்.

හක්ක රත් කළද එහි සුදු පැහැය දිගටම පවතී. යහපත් මිනිසුන් විපතකදී වුවද යහපත් මිනිසුන්ය.

දිසා විනිසුරු සරවනරාසා මනුෂ්‍ය ආභරණයක්. ඔහුට සුඛෝපභෝගී දේ ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරන්න. ඔහුට තනතුර සහ වෘත්තීය අවස්ථා ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරන්න. ඔහුට රජයේ පහසුකම් එපා. ඔහුගේ පාරිසරික ස්ථානය, ඔහුගේ පාරම්පරික පරිසරය ඔහුට ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරන්න. ඔහු ප්‍රතිපත්ති වෙනුවෙන් පෙනී සිටිනවා.

තීන්දුව වෙනස් කරන්න කියන්නේ කාටද?

කෙනෙක් අසාධාරණයට හිස නැමෙයි කියලා ඔබ හිතනවාද?

දේශපාලන බලපෑම් මත යමෙකු නීතියේ ආධිපත්‍ය ක්‍රියාවලිය වෙනස් කරනු ඇතැයි ඔබ සිතනවාද?

වහල් ජීවිතයක් වුවද උතුම් ප්‍රතිපත්ති ගරුක ජීවිතයක් ගත කරයි.

යන්න.. යන්න.. ඔබ, ඔබ දුන් අධිකරණ තනතුර, ඒ ආශ්‍රිත ගාම්භීර ජීවිතය ඔබ දෙන්න බලාපොරොත්තු වුණා.

විනිසුරු සරවනරාසා උදාර පුතෙකු ලෙස නැගී සිටියි. විනිසුරු සරවනරාසා යනු පරමාදර්ශී මිනිසකුගේ පුනරුත්පත්තියයි.

අද විනිසුරු සරවනරාසා යනු ගවයෙකු මරා මස් නොදෙන බව හෝ කිතුනුවකු නොවන බව කියූ පෘතුගීසි යටත් විජිත යුගයේ සෛව දෙමළ පුත්‍රයා වූ ඥානප්‍රකාශර්ගේ පරම්පරාවෙන් පැවත එන්නෙකි.

අපි එදා කතෝලිකයන්ගේ වහල්ලු.

අද අපි බෞද්ධයන්ගේ වහල්ලු.

එදා ඤාණප්‍රකාශර් සහ අද සරවනරාසා ඔවුන්ගේ ආත්මයන් තුළ ගිනි නොදැමූ ගින්නක් ලෙසත්, පිඹින විට දැල්වෙන ගින්නක් ලෙසත් දැවෙන විමුක්ති ආශාවේ සංකේතය.

යුධ ජයග‍්‍රහණයේ ප‍්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස යුක්තිය බිඳීමට සහ යෂ්ටිය නැමීමට කැමති අයට විනිසුරු සරවනරාසා කස පහර දුන්නේය.

එතුමාගේ නිර්භීතකම දීර්ඝායු වේවා.

උන්වහන්සේගේ ශෛව දෙමළ උරුමයට දීර්ඝායුෂ ලැබේවා.

ශ්‍රී ලාංකේය සෛව දෙමළ ප්‍රජාව බාධාවකින් තොරව ඥානප්‍රකාශර්වරුන් සහ සරවනාරසර්වරුන් බිහි කිරීම දිගටම කරගෙන යනු ඇත.

Even if the conch is heated , it continues its whiteness. Good people are good people even in distress.

District Judge Saravanarasa is a jewel of a human. Deny him the luxuries.  Deny him position and career opportunities. Deny him government facilities. Deny him his ecological niche, his ancestral environment. He stands for principles.

Whom are you asking to change the verdict?

Do you think one would bow down to injustice?

Do you think one will change the process of the rule of the law under political pressure?

Even though it is a life of slavery, he lives a life of noble principles.

Go.. Go.. You, the judicial position you gave, the associated solemn life you were expected to give.

Judge Saravanarasa stands as a noble son. Justice Saravanarasa is the re-incarnation of an ideal human.

Today's Judge Saravanarasa is the descendant of Gnanaprakasar, the Saiva Tamil son of the Portuguese colonial era,   who said that he would not kill a cow and give the meat or become a Christian.

We were slaves to the Catholics then.

Today we are slaves to the Buddhists.

Gnanaprakasar of that day and Saravanarasa of today are the symbols of the desire for liberation burning in their souls as flameless fire, and as fire that flames when blown.

Judge Saravanarasa whipped those who want to break the justice and bend the scepter as the consequence of the victory in the war.

Long live his bravery.

Long live his Saiva Tamil heritage.

The Sri Lankan Saivite Tamil Community shall continue to produce Gnanaprakasars and Saravanarasars without interruption.
