சந்தியில் அருள்மிகு பிள்ளையார் திருக்கோயில்

சந்திக்குக் கிழக்கே அருள்மிகு ஐயப்பன் திருக்கோயில்

இத்திருக்கோயில்களில் இருந்து 40 மீட்டர் தொலைவில், சந்திக்கு மேற்கே மாமிச உணவகம்.

திருவாதிரை நாளன்று மாமிச உணவகத் திறப்பு விழா. அன்றே எனக்குச் செய்தியை தெரிவிக்கிறார்கள். படமாகவும் கோண்டாவிலிலிருந்து அனுப்புகிறார்கள்.

நான்காம் நாள் 10.1.23 நாளிட்ட கடிதத்தைக் கோண்டாவில் அருள்மிகு அற்புத நர்த்தன பிள்ளையார் கோயில் பிரதேச சபைக்கு எழுதுகிறார்கள்.

ஏழாம் நாள் 13.6.23 பொங்கலுக்கு முந்தா நாள் நேரே போகிறேன். மாமிச உணவுக மேலாளர் உடன் பேசுகிறேன். பொருத்தமற்ற செயல் என்கிறேன். 

எங்கெங்கெல்லாம் உரிமம் பெற வேண்டுமோ அங்கங்கெல்லாம் உரிமத்துக்கு விண்ணப்பித்து ஒப்புதல் உரிமம் பெற்ற பின்பே மாமிச உணவகத்தை இந்த இடத்தில் தொடங்கினோம் என்கின்றார் மேலாளர்.

அதற்கான ஆவணங்கள் வைத்திருக்கிறேன். ஆனாலும் அவை பூட்டிய பெட்டியில் உள்ளன. காட்ட முடியாது என்கிறார் மேலாளர்.

அங்கிருந்து நல்லூர் பிரதேச சபை அலுவலகத்துக்குச் சென்று செயலாளர் மற்றும் தலைவர் இருவரையும் சந்திக்கிறேன். 

நீங்கள் குறிப்பிடுகிற கட்டட உரிமம் வழங்குவதோ நிலுவையில் உள்ளது. நீங்கள் சொல்கிற மாமிச உணவகத்திற்கு இதுவரை வணிக உரிமம் வழங்கவில்லை. ஏனெனில் எவரும் எமக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கவில்லை என்கிறார் செயலாளர்.

வணிக உரிமம் இல்லாத வணிக நிறுவனத்தை உடனடியாகத் தடை செய்ய வேண்டும் எனக் கோருகிறேன். அன்று வெள்ளிக்கிழமை. மறுநாள் திங்கள்கிழமை அன்றே கடிதம் அனுப்புவதாகச் சொல்கிறார் செயலாளர். பிரதேச சபைத் தலைவரும் அதற்கு உடன்படுகிறார்.

நண்பர்கள் வழியாகப் பிரதேச சபைத் தடைக் கடிதம் தொடர்பாக விசாரிக்கிறேன். சட்ட ஆலோசனைக்காகக் காத்திருக்கிறார்கள் பிரதேச சபையார் என்ற தகவலைச் சொல்கிறார்கள்.

13 நாள்களுக்குப் பிறகு 20 1 2023 நாளிட்ட கடிதத்தைப் பிரதேச சபையார் காணி உரிமையாளருக்கு அனுப்பி குறித்த மாமிச உணவகத்தை மூடுமாறும் அல்லவனில் சட்ட நடவடிக்கைக்குப் போக கூடும் எனவும் எழுதியுள்ளார்கள்.

படங்கள் ஆவணங்கள் யாவற்றையும் இத்துடன் இணைத்துள்ளேன். சைவ சமயங்களில் மனம் புண்பட்டது நெஞ்சில் உறுத்தியது. 

நல்லூர் பிரதேச சபையார் புரிந்து கொண்டார்கள். உடனடி நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தார்கள். அவர்களுக்குச் சைவ சமையிகளின் நன்றி.

Nallur Pradesh Sabhai has ordered the immediate closure of a non-vegetarian restaurant operating for the last 17 days in front of the Hindu temple along the Palali road at Kondavil junction.

The contentious eat-out is a franchise branch of a chain of international restaurants with the Sri Lankan headquarters located at Union Place Colombo.

The eat-out was ceremonially opened on a holy day (thiruvathirai) of the Hindus just 40 m across the road from the Arulmiku Pillayar (Hindu) temple. Near this temple is another Hindu temple dedicated to Arulmigu Ayyappan.

I was informed supported by a photograph on the 6th of January. I went to the area on 13th January. I spoke to the manager in charge, who told me that they have obtained all the necessary permission to run the eat-out branch of the international chain.

I went to the office of the Nallur Pradeshya Sabhai. I brought this to the notice of the secretary and the chairman. They told me that they have been briefed on the matter by the temple trustees through a letter.

Apart from being located 40 m across the road, 10 hurting the religious sentiments of the Hindu devotees who found the majority in the area, the trade head not obtained the trading license from the Sabhai.

The day I went was a Friday. So the secretary assured me that a notice will be sent only the next working day to close the trading point.

I was keeping a tab on the progress at the office of the survey I learned that they were awaiting legal opinion.

On 20 January the 17th day of operation of the non-vegetarian restaurant, the Sabhai sent a letter to the owner of the building to close the non-vegetarian restaurant eat out forthwith.

We thank Subhai for having taken up this issue (which hurt the sentiments of the Hindus) with utmost care to come up with appropriate action.
