இலங்கை வாழ் இந்துக்களின் அருள் வணக்கங்கள்.

இலங்கையின் 25 மாவட்டங்களில் பரந்து வாழ்கின்ற இந்துக்கள் சார்பில் உங்களுக்கு எழுதுகிறோம்.

கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக, தீபாவளித் திருநாளில் குடியரசுத் தலைவர் அலுவலகத்தில் இந்துக்களின் ஏற்றுயர் கொடியாகிய நந்திக் கொடியை ஏற்றி, இலங்கையின் கடைசி இந்து ஆட்சியின் சின்னமான நந்திக் கொடிக்கு மீண்டும் ஆட்சி அரங்கு கொடுத்த உங்களை வாழ்த்துகிறோம், பாராட்டுகிறோம் நன்றி தெரிவிக்கிறோம்.

போருக்குப் பிந்தைய இலங்கையில் இந்துக்கள் அடைந்து வரும் பாதிப்புக்கு ஏனைய மதத்தவர்களளே காரணம்.

·       இந்துக் கோயில்களை ஆக்கிரமிக்கும் நோக்குடன் புத்தரின் கொள்கையை மறந்த புத்த மேலாடை அணிந்த புத்தர்கள்,

·       விவிலியத்தின் உள்ளிருப்பு ஆணையையும் ஆசியாவைக் கிறித்துவமயமாக்குக என்ற வத்திக்கான் போப்பரின் ஆணையையும் ஏற்று, மதம் மாற்றும் நோக்குடன் மேற்கு உலகத்திலிருந்து பெருந்தொகை நிதியைக் கொண்டு வந்து இந்துக்களை மதம் மாற்றுகின்ற கடும் முயற்சியில்  கிறித்துவ சமயத்தவர், 

·       மக்கள் தொகையைப் பெருக்குவதற்காக காதல் வலை விரித்து இந்துப் பெண்களை ஏமாற்றி இழுத்து மணம் முடிக்கும் முகமதியர், இந்துக்களும் புத்தர்களும் தெய்வம் எனப் போற்றும் பசுக்களைக் களவாடி இறைச்சியாக்கி உண்ணுகின்ற முகமதியர்.

இலங்கையின் நான்கு மதங்களுக்கும் காவலரான நீங்கள், ஏனைய மூன்று மதத்தவர்களாலும் இந்துக்கள் அடையும் துன்பங்களிலிருந்து காப்பாற்ற வேண்டிய கடப்பாடும் பொறுப்பும் உடையவர்.

கீழ்க்கையப்பமிட்டு உள்ளவர்கள் பின்வரும் கோரிக்கைகளை இலங்கை வாழ் 30 இலட்சம் இந்துக்கள் சார்பில் முன்வைக்கிறோம்.

1.     பல்லாயிரம் ஆண்டுகால வரலாறு கொண்ட இலங்கையின் இந்து சமயத்துக்கு அரசியலமைப்பில் முன்னுரிமை கொடுக்க.

2.    ஆபிரகாமிய மதங்களின் மதமாற்ற முயற்சியைத் தடுப்பதற்கு நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் மதமாற்றத் தடைச் சட்டம் இயற்றுக.

3.    இந்துக்களும் புத்தர்களும் தெய்வமாகப் போற்றும் பசுக்களை எவரும் எக்காரணத்திற்கும் கொல்லக்கூடாது என்ற பசுவதைத் தடைச் சட்டத்தை இயற்றுக.

உங்கள் ஆட்சிக் காலத்தில்

·       திருகோணமலையில் தொல்லியல் திணைக்களத்தாரின் புத்த மேலாதிக்க அடாவடித்தனத்தை நிறுத்தினீர்கள்.

·       வெடுக்குநாறி மலையில் உடைந்த சைவத் திருவுருவங்களை மீண்டும் நிறுவ வழி செய்தீர்கள்.

·       மதமாற்றி ஒருவர் மாவட்டச் செயலாளராக யாழ்ப்பாணம் வருவதைத் தடுத்தீர்கள்.

·       மதமாற்றுவதற்கு வெளிநாடுகளில் இருந்து வருகின்ற மதம் மாற்றிகளை திருப்பி அனுப்பியும் தடுத்து நிறுத்தியும் நடவடிக்கை  எடுத்தீர்கள்.

·       செல்வாக்கான செல்வந்தரான மதமாற்றி செரோம் பெர்ணாந்து, இந்துக் கடவுளரைப் பழிக்கும் செவி கய்க்கும் சொற்களைச் சொன்னதற்காக இந்துக்களின் வேண்டுகோளை ஏற்றுச் சிறையில் அடைத்தீர்கள்.  

·       மன்னார் மாவட்டத்தில் சைவ சமயத்தவரை மாவட்டச் செயலாளர் ஆக்கினீர்கள்.

·       குடியரசுத் தலைவர் மாளிகையில்  தீபாவளி நாள்களில் நந்திக் கொடியைப் பறக்க விட்டீர்கள்.

·       புத்த தீவிரராகப் புத்த சமயத்துக்கு எதிரான நடவடிக்கையில் இறங்கி, இந்து சமயத்திற்குப் பாதிப்புகளை ஏற்படுத்திய தொல்லியல் துறை ஆணையர் விலக வழி வகுத்தீர்கள்.

·       பகவத் கீதைக்கான உலக மாநாட்டையும் சமஸ்கிருத மொழிக்கான உலக மாநாட்டையும் இலங்கையில் நடத்துவதற்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்து வருகிறீர்கள்.

·       இந்து சமய வழிபடு பயணிகளுக்காகக் காங்கேயன்துறை நாகப்பட்டினம் கப்பல் சேவையை ஏற்றினீர்கள்.

இவ்வாறாக நீங்கள் ஆட்சிக்கு வந்த பின்பு இந்து சமயத்தவர் முன்பிருந்ததை விட மன உறுதியும் வலிமையும் உள்ளவர்களாக இருப்பதற்கு நடவடிக்கைகள் சில எடுத்துள்ளீர்கள். அவை போதாது. மேலும் பல நடவடிக்கைகளை நீங்கள் எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

அவற்றுள் முக்கியமான மூன்று நடவடிக்கைகளாக 

1.     இந்து சமயத்திற்கு முன்னுரிமை

2.    மதமாற்றத் தடைச் சட்டம்

3.    பசுக் கொலைத் தடைச் சட்டம்

இம் மூன்றையும் உங்களுடைய ஆட்சிக் காலத்தில் நிறைவேற்றி இலங்கையில் இந்துக்கள் பல்லாயிரம் ஆண்டுகளாகக் கடைப்பிடித்து வரும் வாழ்வியலையும் நன்நெறியையும் இடையூறின்றிக் கைக்கொள்ளவும் பேணவும் போற்றவும் ஆவண செய்வீர்களாக.

ශ්‍රී ලාංකික හින්දු භක්තිකයන්ගෙන් සුබ පැතුම්.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 25 ක ජීවත් වන හින්දු භක්තිකයන් වෙනුවෙන් අපි ඔබට ලියන්නෙමු.

දිවාලි උත්සවය නිමිත්තෙන් හින්දු ජාතිකයින්ගේ ජාතික කොඩිය වන නන්දි කොඩිය ජනාධිපති කාර්යාලයේ එසවීම ගැන අපි ඔබට සුබ පතනවා සහ ස්තුතිවන්ත වෙනවා. ඔබ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අවසාන හින්දු රාජධානියේ සංකේතය වන ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පාලන ආසනයේ නන්දි කොඩිය ස්ථාපිත කළා.

පශ්චාත් යුධ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ හින්දු භක්තිකයන්ගේ දුක් වේදනාවලට තවත් ආගම් තුනක් වගකිව යුතුය.

• බෞද්ධ සිවුරු හැඳගත් බෞද්ධයෝ බුද්ධ ප්‍රතිපත්ති අමතක කරමින් ආක්‍රමණශීලී ලෙස හින්දු ආගමික ස්ථාන අල්ලාගෙන සිටිති.

• ආසියාව ක්‍රිස්තියානිකරණය කිරීමට බයිබලයෙන් නියම කර වතිකානු පාප්තුමා විසින් නියම කරන ලද ක්‍රිස්තියානීන් බටහිර ලෝකයෙන් ආගමට හැරවීම සඳහා විශාල මුදල් ප්‍රමාණයක් ගෙන්වා හින්දුවරුන් ක්‍රිස්තියානිකරණය කිරීමට දැඩි උත්සාහයක් දරයි.

• ඔවුන්ගේ ජනගහනය වැඩි කිරීම සඳහා, මොහොමඩ්වරු ප්‍රේම දැල් (ලව් ජිහාද්) පතුරවා හින්දු කාන්තාවන් රවටා ඔවුන් විවාහ කර ගනිති; හින්දු සහ බෞද්ධයන් විසින් දෙවිවරුන් ලෙස අදහන එළදෙනුන් කෑමට මොහොමඩ්වරු මරා දමති.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ආගම් හතරේ භාරකරු වශයෙන්, අනෙක් ආගම් තුනේ ආක්‍රමණශීලී ප්‍රහාරයෙන් හින්දු ජනතාව බේරා ගැනීමේ යුතුකම සහ වගකීම ඔබතුමාට ඇත.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ වෙසෙන මිලියන 3 ක හින්දු භක්තිකයන් වෙනුවෙන් ඔබතුමා වෙත පහත අත්සන් කරන ලද ආයාචනය:

1. වසර දහස් ගණනක ඉතිහාසයක් ඇති දේශීය හා පැරණිතම ආගම වන ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ හින්දු ආගමට ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථාවේ ප්‍රමුඛත්වය ලබා දීම.

2. ආබ්‍රහමික ආගම් විසින් සිදු කරන ලද පරිවර්තනයන් වැලැක්වීම සඳහා ආගම්වලට හරවා යැවීමට එරෙහි පනත පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ සම්මත කිරීම.

3. හින්දු සහ බෞද්ධයන් අදහන ගවයන් ඝාතනය කිරීම තහනම් කිරීම සඳහා ගව ඝාතනය තහනම් කිරීමේ පනතක් පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ සම්මත කිරීම.

ඔබගේ අතිගරු පාලන සමයේදී:

• ත්‍රිකුණාමලයේ පුරාවිද්‍යා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව හරහා සිදු වූ අනවශ්‍ය බෞද්ධ ආක්‍රමණ ඔබතුමා විසින් නතර කරන ලදී.

• වැදුකුනරි කන්දේ කැඩී බිඳී ගිය ශෛව පිළිම නැවත ස්ථාපිත කිරීමට අතිගරු ජනාධිපතිතුමා මඟ සලසා දුන්නේය.

• යාපන දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්වරයා ලෙස එවැන්ජලිස්තවරයෙකුට වැඩ භාර ගැනීම ඔබතුමා විසින් වැළැක්වීය.

• විදේශ රටවලින් පැමිණෙන එවැන්ජලිස්තවරුන් පිටුවහල් කිරීමට ඔබතුමා පියවර ගත් අතර පරිවර්තනයට නැඹුරු පෝස්ටර් ප්‍රචාරක සභාවන් නැවැත්වීය.

• ඔබ හින්දු භක්තිකයන්ගේ ආයාචනයට එකඟ වූ අතර හින්දු දෙවිවරුන්ට එරෙහිව මඩ ගැසීමේ වචන ප්‍රකාශ කිරීම නිසා බලවත් ධනවත් එවැන්ජලිස්ත ජෙරොම් ප්‍රනාන්දු සිරගත කළා.

• වතිකානුවේ දේවානුභාවයෙන් කාදිනල්තුමාගේ සහ ඔහුගේ මන්නාරම නියෝජිත බිෂොප්වරයාගේ විරෝධය නොතකා ඔබතුමා මන්නාරම දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ දිස්ත්‍රික් ලේකම්වරයා ලෙස හින්දු ජාතිකයෙකු බවට පත් කළේය.

• ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අවසාන හින්දු රාජධානියේ පාලන ප්‍රොටෝකෝලය ප්‍රතිෂ්ඨාපනය කරමින් දීවාලි දිනයේදී අතිගරු ජනාධිපති මන්දිරයේ නන්දි ධජය ඔසවන ලදී.

• බෞද්ධ රැඩිකල්වාදියෙකු ලෙස බුදුදහමට එරෙහිව ක්‍රියාකර හින්දු ආගමට හානියක් කළ පුරාවිද්‍යා කොමසාරිස්වරයාගේ ඉල්ලා අස්වීමට පාර කැපුවේ ඔබතුමා විසිනි.

• භගවත් ගීතාව පිළිබඳ ලෝක සම්මන්ත්‍රණය සහ සංස්කෘත භාෂාව පිළිබඳ ලෝක සම්මන්ත්‍රණය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ඔබතුමා විසින් සංවිධානය කරනු ලබයි.

• හින්දු බැතිමතුන් සඳහා කන්කේයන්තුරේ සිට නාගපට්ටිනම් තොටුපළ සේවාව ආරම්භ කිරීම පිළිබඳව ඔබතුමාගේ සුබ පැතුම්.

මේ අනුව, ඔබතුමා බලයට පත්වීමෙන් පසු හින්දු භක්තිකයන් ඔවුන්ගේ විශ්වාසයන් තුළ ශක්තිමත් මනසක් ඇති කිරීමට ඔබ පියවර කිහිපයක් ගෙන ඇත. මේවා මදි. ඔබට තවත් පියවර කිහිපයක් ගත යුතුය.

ඒවා අතර වැදගත් පියවර තුනක් ඇත:

1. ශ්‍රී ලංකා ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථාව තුළ හින්දු ආගමට ප්‍රමුඛත්වය ලබා දීම.

2. පරිවර්තන විරෝධී ව්‍යවස්ථාව බලාත්මක කිරීම.

3. ගව ඝාතනය තහනම් කිරීමේ ව්‍යවස්ථාව.

කරුණාකර මේ තුනම ඔබතුමාගේ පාලන කාලය තුළ ඉටු කරන්න. කරුණාකර හින්දු භක්තිකයින්ට ඔවුන්ගේ ආදරණීය ජීවන රටාවට සහ උසස් සදාචාරයට අනුව ජීවත් වීමට ඉඩ සලසන්න. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ හින්දු බැතිමතුන් වසර දහස් ගණනක් පුරා පරම්පරා ගණනාවක් පුරා තමන්ට උරුම වූ ඕනෑම දෙයක් බාධාවකින් තොරව සුරැකීමට සහ අගය කිරීමට අපේක්ෂා කරයි.

His Excellency Ranil Wickramasinge

Greetings from Sri Lankan Hindus.

We are writing to you on behalf of Hindus living in twenty-five districts of Sri Lanka.

We congratulate and thank you for hoisting the Nandi flag, the national flag of the Hindus, at the President's office on Diwali. You-instated the Nandi flag at the seat of governance in Sri Lanka, the symbol of the last Hindu Kingdom in Sri Lanka.

Three other religions are responsible for the suffering of Hindus in post-war Sri Lanka.

• Buddhists dressed in Buddhist robes, forgetting the principles of Buddha are aggressively occupying Hindu places of worship.

• Mandated by the Bible and mandated by the Vatican Pope to Christianize Asia, the Christians are trying hard to convert the Hindus to Christianity by bringing in large sums of money from the Western world for the purpose of conversion.

• Increase their population, the Mohammedans spread love nets (love jihad) and trick Hindu women into marrying them; the Mohammedans kill to eat cows, which are worshiped as gods by Hindus and Buddhists.

As the custodian of the four religions of Sri Lanka, Your Excellency have the duty and responsibility to save the Hindus from the aggressive attack by the other three religions.

The undersigned appeal to Your Excellency on behalf of 3 million Hindus living in Sri Lanka:

1. To give priority in the Constitution to Sri Lanka's Hindu religion, being the native and oldest religion with history of many thousands of years.

2. Enact the Anti-Conversion Act in Parliament to prevent conversion attempts by Abrahamic religions.

3. Enact a ban on cow-slaughter Act in Parliament to prohibits the killing of cows, which Hindus and Buddhists worship.

During Your Excellency’s reign:

• Your Excellency stopped the undue Buddhist incursions through the archaeology department in Trincomalee.

• Your Excellency made way for the re-establishment of the broken Saiva idols on Vedukunari Hill.

• Your Excellency prevented an evangelist from taking over as Jaffna District Secretary.

• Your Excellency took steps to deport evangelists coming from foreign countries and stopped conversion-oriented poster campaigned congregations.

• You acceded to the appeal of the Hindus and jailed the influential and wealthy evangelist Jerome Fernando for uttering slanderous words against the Hindu gods.

• Your Excellency made a Hindu as the District Secretary of Mannar district despite objections from Vatican inspired Cardinal and his Mannar agent, the bishop.

• Your Excellency hoisted the Nandi flag at the President's House on Diwali reinstating the governance protocol of the last Hindu Kingdom of Sri Lanka.

• Your Excellency paved the way for the resignation of the Commissioner of Archaeology who had acted against Buddhism as a Buddhist radical and caused harm to Hinduism.

• Your Excellency is organizing the World Conference on Bhagavad Gita and the World Conference on Sanskrit Language in Sri Lanka.

• Your Excellency greeted the launching of Kankeyanthurai to Nagapattinam ferry service for Hindu pilgrims.

Thus, after Your Excellency came to power you have taken a few measures to make the Hindus stronger in mind stronger in their beliefs. These are not enough. You need to take several more steps.

Among them are three important measures:

1. Giving priority status for Hinduism in the constitution of Sri Lanka.

2. Enactment of Anti-Conversion statute.

3. Enactment Cow Slaughter Prohibition statute.

Please accomplish all these three during Your Excellency’s reign. Please enable the Hindus to live according to their cherished way of life and lofty morals. Hindus in Sri Lanka wish to preserve and cherish without interruption whatever they have inherited through many generations over many, many thousands of years.
