என் கருத்தைக் கூறி அவர்கள் ஆணைக்காக் காத்திருக்கிறேன்.

ஒலிபெயர்க்கலாம் மொழிபெயர்க்கலாம். யாரப்பா செய்து தருவார்கள்? என்ற அங்கலாய்ப்புடன் எனக்கு ஆணையை வழங்குகிறார்கள்.

பன்னிரு திருமுறைகளில் முதன்முதலில் மொழிபெயர்ப்பான நூல் பெரியபுராணம். சேக்கிழார் சிதம்பரத்தில் அரங்கேற்றிய அறுபதாம் ஆண்டு கன்னடத்தில் மொழிபெயர்ப்பு வெளிவந்தது.

அடுத்துப் பெரியபுராணம் தெலுங்கிலும் வடமொழியிலும் மொழிபெயர்ப்பாயது. கன்னடத்திலும் தெலுங்கிலும் வடமொழியிலும் வந்தவை மொழிபெயர்ப்புகளா? தழுவல்களா? என ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்களே நோக்க வேண்டும்.

120 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு போப்பையர் திருவாசகத்தை ஆங்கிலத்தில் மொழி பெயர்த்தார். 94 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு யேர்மன் மொழியில் திருவாசகம் மொழிபெயர்ப்பாகியது. ஐம்பது ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு பேராசிரியர் சுந்தரம் திருவாசகத்தை இந்திக்கு மொழிபெயர்த்தார்.

திருமுறைகளைத் தஞ்சாவூரில் சேக்கிழார் அடிப்பொடி முதுமுனைவர் தி ந இராமச்சந்திரன் அவர்கள் ஆங்கிலத்தில் மொழிபெயர்த்து வந்ததை அறிவேன். அதற்கு முன்பு புதுச்சேரி பிரெஞ்சு நிறுவனம் தேவாரம் முழுவதையும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் மொழி பெயர்த்துக் குறுந்தட்டாகவும் இணையதளத்திலும் வெளியிட்டு இருந்ததையும் அறிவேன்.

திருமந்திரம் ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பைக் கன்னியாகுமரியின் பொருளாதாரப் பேராசிரியர் முனைவர் நடராசன் ஆங்கிலத்தில் மொழிபெயர்த்திருந்தார். திருவாசகம் வேறு பலராலும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் மொழிபெயர்ப்பாகி இருந்தது. திருவாசகத்தின் சில பாடல்களை தவத்திரு நாராயணகுரு அவர்கள் மலையாளத்தில் மொழிபெயர்த்த படிகளையும் பார்த்திருக்கிறேன்.

தருமபுரம் தவத்திரு 26ஆவது குருமகாசந்நிதானம் ஆணையைப் பெற்ற பின்பு மொழிபெயர்ப்பாளர்களைத் தேடத் தொடங்கினேன்.

1 தெலுங்கு 2 கன்னடம் 3 மலையாளம் 4 இந்தி 5 வடமொழி 6 சிங்களம் 7 மலாய் 8 மியன்மார் 9 அசாம் 10 யேர்மன் ஆகிய மொழிகளுக்குப் பன்னிரு திருமுறைகளை மொழிபெயர்ப்பாக எடுத்துச் செல்லும் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் பணி இறைவன் எனக்கு தந்த அருட்கொடை.

பிரான்சு நாட்டின் பாரிசு நகருக்கு நான்கு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு போயிருந்த நாள்களில் எனது அருமை நண்பர் திரு கந்தையா சுப்பிரமணியம் அவர்களின் மகள் திருமதி தணிகா அவர்களின் வீட்டுக்குச் சென்றிருந்தேன். அவரது கணவர் இசை வல்லுநர். அண்ணாமலைப் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்.

திருமதி தணிகா யேர்மன் மொழியில் புலமை பெற்றவர். பன்னிருதிருமுறைகள் யேர்மன் மொழிக்குக் கொண்டு செல்லவேண்டும் உதவுவீர்களா? எனக் கேட்டேன்.

ஆகா.. அஃது என் பேறு என்றார். முதலாம் திருமுறையை மொழிபெயர்க்கும் பணியை அவர் ஏற்றார். திருவாசகம் ஏற்கனவே மொழிபெயர்த்து இருப்பதை அவரிடம் சொன்னேன். நூலைத் தேடுவதாகச் சொன்னார்.

முதலாம் திருமுறையில் திருப்பதிகங்கள் பலவற்றை யேர்மன் மொழிக்கு எடுத்துச் சென்றார் திருமணி தணிகா. தேவாரம் தளத்தில் பதிவாக ஏற்றினேன்.

இரு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு வியப்பான செய்தி சொன்னார் திருமதி தணிகா. திருவாசகம் யேர்மன் நூலைக் கண்டுபிடித்து உள்ளதாகவும் முழுவதையும் தட்டச்சு செய்துள்ளதாகவும் சரி பார்த்துப் படிப்படியாக அனுப்புவதாகவும் எனக்கு எழுதினார். தொலைப்பேசியிலும் சொன்னார்.

சொன்னவாறே பதிகம் பதிகமாகத் தட்டச்சிட்டு அனுப்பினார். செம்பொனார்கோயில் என இன்று அழைக்கும் திருச்செம்பொன்பள்ளியில் வாழ்பவரும் தேவாரம் தளத்திற்கு உதவியாளராகக் கடந்த 10 ஆண்டுகளாக அரும் பணிபுரிவருமான திருமதி நித்தியா அவர்கள், திருமதி தணிகா அனுப்பிய யேர்மன் மொழிபெயர்ப்பு முழுவதையும் தளத்தில் ஏற்றினார். திருவாசகத்தின் 658 பாடல்களுக்கும் ஆன யேர்மன் மொழிபெயர்ப்பு தேவாரம் தளத்தில் உள்ளது.

விரைவில் அது நூலாக வெளிவரும். திருமதி நித்தியா நூலைத் தயாரித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். தவத்திரு 27ஆவது குருமகா சன்னிதானம் அவர்களிடம் காட்டி ஆசியுரை பெற்று நூலாக வெளியிடுவோம்.

Homage to Thappan Aiyaa from Hindu Sri Lanka.

Dev Dutta informed me a few days ago that the Lion of Hindu Bengal was inside the den inaccessible. His close associate Dev Dutta himself was under self quarantine. I was praying for our revered Tappan Aiyaa.

I met him a decade ago at Rameshwaram. We stayed together for a few days. He was a source of inspiration. Soft spoken, strong willed iron-man with immeasurable determination. That made him a popular person among the weaklings of Hindu Bengal.

Last year I had the blessing of God to be in his presence for about 10 days in Sri Lanka, accompanying him to people and places. He met monks and ministers. He was at temples and viharas. He loved the sea. He strolled on beaches. He watched wild elephants in close quarters. He was delighted with waterfalls.

We had discussed cooperation between Hindus in Sri Lanka and Bengal. When a monk referred to the Aryan Bengali connection of the Singhalese, Thappan Aiyaa poo-pooed the view. He said that the whole Aryan, non-Aryan concept was a ploy by the Christians to divide the homogeneous nature of the holy sub-continent. The monk was not pleased, which did not bother the lion.

Ramayana was close to Tahppan Aiyaa's heart. He had two joint ventures in mind around the places of Ramayana significance in Sri Lanka. Already a Bengali had contributed to the promotion and protection of Sita Eliya temple. Thappan Aiyaa wanted to improve on it.

If the enemy had been visible Tahppan Aiyaa would have emerged successful as usual. He had an invisible enemy, a pandemic that was sweeping away precious lives.

Thappan Gosh Aiyaa, we assure you of our will and determination to further those ideals you stood for and worked for. You have left your dedicated work to your successors with whom we will work. May Lord Siva shower the choisest of blessings.

At Udayarkattu Public Hall, we have started our first core activists’ meeting of Siva Senai with:

16 women + 12 men = 28 Hindu activists

They represented 28 villages in Pudukudiyiruppu

They are all graduates and engaged in various Hindu activities.

They are those who are aware of the dangers faced by Hindu Religion in Pudukudiyiruppu

Pudukudiyiruppu Division with

19 Niladhari divisions;

74 Hindu temples;

15 Hindu moral School Coordinators;

4 Hindu religious organization officials

belonging to

12,068 Hindu families; or

30,204 Hindu people;

These 28 volunteers will continue as Hindu activists.

They vowed to take all measures to prevent the continued infiltration of the Abrahamic religions into Pudukudiyiruppu’s Hindu society.

They have volunteered to work in five groups to carry out the next phase of our Hindu work.

சிவ சேனையின் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று இலங்கைப் பிரதமர் மகிந்த இராசபட்சர்பசுவதைத் தடைச் சட்டத்தை கொண்டு வரப் போகிறார்.

இலங்கைச் சைவர்கள் அனைவரும் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைவர். இலங்கையில் வாழ்கின்ற 30 லட்சம் சைவப் பெருமக்கள் அனைவரும் நன்றியைப் பிரதமருக்கு தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்

கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாக சைவர்கள் இடையே பசுப் பாதுகாப்புத் தொடர்பான எண்ணங்களை விதைத்து போராட்டங்கள் நடத்தி பல்வேறு பிரதேச சபைகள் மாட்டிறைச்சிக் கடைகளுக்கு ஏலம் விடாமல் தடுத்து முயன்று வந்தது சிவசேனை அமைப்பு

இலங்கைச் சைவர்கள் சார்பில் பிரதமரைப் பசு வதைத் தடைச் சட்டம் கோரியிருந்தது.

இச்சட்டத்தைக் கொண்டு வருவதாக அரசாங்க நாடாளுமன்றக் குழுவில் முன்மொழிந்து ஏற்றுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.

இலங்கை மண்ணில் 10 ஆயிரம் ஆண்டு கால வரலாற்றில் கடந்த ஐந்நூறு ஆண்டுகளாகத் தான் மாட்டு இறைச்சி உணவாகி வருகிறது.

ஒல்லாந்தர் காலத்தில் மாட்டிறைச்சி உணவை எதிர்த்த செல்வந்தரான சைவப் பழம் யாழ்ப்பாணம் திருநெல்வேலி ஞானப்பிரகாசர் யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் உள்ள தம் சொத்துக்கள் அனைத்தையும் விற்றுப் பணத்தை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு சிதம்பரத்துக்கு சென்றார்.

மலையகச் சைவத் தமிழ் மக்கள் மேற்கு மாகாண வடமேல் மாகாணச் சைவத் தமிழ் மக்கள்கிழக்கு மாகாணச் சைவத் தமிழ் மக்கள் வடக்கு மாகாணச் சைவத் தமிழ் மக்கள் யாவரும் ஒரே குரலில் பிரதமர் மகிந்த இராசபட்சவின் பசு வதைத் தடை முயற்சியை பாராட்டுகிறார்கள் போற்றுகிறார்கள்.

பசுவதைத் தடைச் சட்டத்தை கொண்டு வருவது போலவே அரசு சார்பற்ற மதமாற்ற நிறுவனங்களின் நடவடிக்கைகளைக் கண்காணித்து மதமாற்றத்தைக் குறைக்கவும் மதமாற்றத் தடைச் சட்டத்தை கொண்டு வரவும் பிரதமர் மகிந்த இராசபட்சர் முயற்சிப்பார் ஆனால் இலங்கையில் வாழ்கின்ற 30 இலட்சம் சைவத்தமிழ் மக்கள் அனைவரும் அவரது முயற்சிக்கு ஆதரவு கொடுப்பார்.

Treading on the surgical strike path, the parliamentary group of the ruling elite, has effectively removed the pricking thorn of a colonial past. Following the royal dictums of Kings, Sankili, Senarat, Vidya Bandara, Mayadunne and Pandara Vaniiyan, Prime Minister Rajapakse led his legislature alliance to resolve to remove one of the vestiges of the colonial era. Through protest fast, street demonstrations, poster campaigns and repeated petitioning, Siva Senai and its numerous volunteers in the hill country, east and the north, emphasised the need to protect one of the natural wealth and lacto-protein sources of this holy island, Siva Bhoomi. The call was heard. On behalf of the three million Saiva Tamils Siva Senai expresses its gratitude to the Prime Minister and the ruling parliamentary group, including practising Saivaites like Devananda, Chandrakanthan, Jeevan and Ankajan, for their positive response in proposing to ban cow - bull slaughter.From time immemorial, Sri Lankan societies, Naga, Iyakka and Veddah Tamil Saivaites venerated the cow, worshipped the bull and nurtured the calves. Ruminants are part of the household, participating in all domestic chores and needs. Saivaites thank the sun for the primary energy inputs,on the Thai pongal day. With equal veneration they celebrate the next day as Pongal day thanking cows and bulls.Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse speaking at Negombo a few months ago asked the Venerable Bhikkus to meet the challenges posed by evangelists and jihadis.Banning cow - bull slaughter paves the way for the Venerable Bikkus and Saivaite Tamils to clear the weeds - evangelists and jihadis. His promised program to (1) regulate evangelistic and jihadi NGOs and their foreign funding (2) bring a uniform civil code and (3) legislate restrictions on forced and cohersive conversions, will be a boon to Saiavaite Tamils who are struggling to hold on to their culturla heritage.Three million Saivaite Tamils are with you, Prime Minister Rajapakse, on your focussed efforts to weed out the vestiges of colonialism. By polling in large numbers to make your candidates, the frontline winners in the recent parliamentary election, Saivaite Tamils in the hill country (Jeevan), east (Chanrakanthan) and the north (Ankajan) have entrusted to you the uphill task of making this island, a paradise for its historical inhabitants.

Fantastic update from Sri Lanka

Maravanpulavu Sachithananthan Iyya for Successfully starting this Anti-Cow Slaughter movement in Sri Lanka and whose demands have today been totally accepted by the Sri Lankan Government and has been approved by the Parliamentary Group.

Today, the Parliamentary Group of the ruling party in Sri Lanka has approved a proposal banning cow slaughter in the country. The proposal was put forward by Sri Lankan Prime Minister.

Founder of “Siva Senai” (“Army of Shiva”), Sachithananthan Iyya had started a Successful Legal/Satyagraha Campaign to stop Cow Slaughter in entire Jaffna district a few years ago.

Starting 2018, Sachithananthan Iyya conducted a Day Long Fasting Campaign (Peaceful Satyagraha) by bringing in key Shaiva Aadheenams (Chief Sanyasis of Hindu Monasteries) and Buddhist Monks, to press for a legal ban on brutal Cow Slaughter in Sri Lanka (which is a spiritual land of Shiva Bhoomi, Ramayana Bhoomi and Buddha Bhoomi).

Because of Sachithananthan Iyya’s team’s relentless lobbying efforts and fiery speeches/press conferences, there has been an unprecedented move in the last few years.

Cow slaughter has since been banned by 4 Cities' Municipal Councils (Nallur, Chavakachcheri, Matugama, Embilipitiya) by legally issued ordinances.

This Cow-Slaughter ban has been implemented in Hindu-majority Jaffna district (the capital of the Northern Province in Sri Lanka) since January 1, 2019.

Sachithananthan Iyya’s peaceful Satyagraha is having a cascading effect on other districts/cities too in Sri Lanka.

Subsequently, in the Sinhala Buddhist areas of the Western Province, the Matugama City Council (Kalutara District) has pioneered the ban on Cow & Ox Slaughter.

The Buddhist-dominated Embilipitya city in Ratnapura district (Sabaragamuwa Province) has also banned Cow & Ox Slaughter subsequently.

After today’s parliamentary proposal, Cattle Slaughter will be banned in the entire island of Sri Lanka.

This is a huge big blow to the Cruel Mafia of Butchers.
